FREEZING AND RE-HEATING BREAD


  1. Use freshest bread (allow to cool if you have just baked).
  2. Wrap tightly in aluminum foil.
  3. Seal in plastic or plastic wrap and put in freezer.
To re-heat:
  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 deg. F.
  2. Remove bread from freezer, remove all plastic wrap, leaving aluminum foil.
  3. Place in middle shelf in oven for 15 minutes.
  4. Remove, unwrap, allow to cool, serve.
Works especially well with crusty full-flavored bread like Killer Ciabatta
