FREEZING AND RE-HEATING BREAD
- Use freshest bread (allow to cool if you have just baked).
- Wrap tightly in aluminum foil.
- Seal in plastic or plastic wrap and put in freezer.
To re-heat:
- Pre-heat oven to 350 deg. F.
- Remove bread from freezer, remove all plastic wrap, leaving aluminum foil.
- Place in middle shelf in oven for 15 minutes.
- Remove, unwrap, allow to cool, serve.
Works especially well with crusty full-flavored bread like Killer Ciabatta
